As Vice Principal, Paula’s focus is on ensuring that all students at Cardiff Sixth Form College have the best student experience. She is passionate about supporting young people to be resilient, intellectually curious and to have real integrity in all that they do. Paula joined the College in 2018 as a Head of House before becoming part of the Senior Leadership Team in 2021.
She has been a Head of Department, Head of Sixth Form and whole school lead for literacy and more able and talented learners. An experienced English teacher, Paula is also a senior examiner for A Level English Language and Literature, where she has taken a lead role in specification design and teacher training.
Outside College, she enjoys reading, yoga and spending time with her partner and (very lively!) dog.
