Paul has spent over 30 years working in education as a Housemaster, Head of Boarding and Head of Pastoral Care on a wide range of senior leadership teams as well as for two education groups working with international students in the UK in more senior roles. He brings this experience to his current role in Dukes as their Compliance Director where he works with the Managing Director and Governors to support the College in a number of areas including safeguarding, health & safety, data protection and UKVI compliance.
