Michael Grimes is Head of Physics at Cardiff Sixth Form College, having joined the College in September 2017. He has extensive experience across all Sciences for Key Stage 3 and 4 as well as Physics at A level, having taught and held a variety of roles across South Wales and Sydney, Australia. Michael has a passion for making Physics and Science interesting and accessible to students of all abilities and across all age groups, through engaging and inclusive lessons. Through this, he endeavours to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Science in society and students’ everyday lives. A particular interest for Michael has always been the potential of Information and Communication Technologies in enriching the teaching and learning experience, for both teachers and students.
