Dale is the Cardiff Sixth Form College Work Observation Coordinator and is a qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Careers Information and Advice. Dale works tirelessly with students to discuss their career aspirations and how this translates into their employability development, such as CV writing, cover letters, application forms, work observation applications and wider research. Dale oversees the work observation process, from risk assessing the employers to maintain student health and safety, to the recruitment process and matching students to an ideal placement according to their individual needs and aspirations. He started with Cardiff Sixth Form College in 2014 after finishing an administration apprenticeship with Birchgrove Doctors Surgery and completing a National Diploma for ICT with Cardiff and Vale College.
