Having previously taught French, Spanish and Portuguese as Head of Modern Languages in schools in South Wales, Hayley joined Cardiff Sixth Form College in 2016 as Head of Higher Education. She has a first degree from University of Exeter and since then achieved both a Post Graduate Certificate in Educational Practice from Cardiff University and a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development. This degree-equivalent qualification has ensured Hayley’s professional status and registration on the UK Register of Career Development Professionals. Hayley is also a member of the Careers Development Institute (CDI) and International Association for College Admission Counselling (IACAC) where she is part of a community of over 3500+ university admissions staff and high school counsellors, being able to network globally and thus support students in their application to UK and International universities including their personal statements and interview responses.
