The CSFC team at the European Youth Parliament National Finals, Liverpool.

The team from our college who were selected to attend the National Finals of the European Youth Parliament travelled to Hope University, Liverpool at the beginning of September to attend the four-day National Session. After a team building session, they worked in their committees to find a solution to contemporary issues facing Europe today. The written resolutions produced were then debated by all delegates at the General Assembly that took place on Saturday and Sunday. Topics included: Biotechnology and brain implants; Restorative Justice and Prisons; Supporting Minority Language Communitties and Cybersecurity and Misinformation.
Eight students from over a hundred who attended the session were selected to attend an International Convention. Therefore, congratulations should be given to Nina and Hiya who were selected. Nina goes to Finland in July 25 whilst Hiya awaits details of where she will be going.
